ORDER BUGATTI EXCLUSIVE HYPERCAR, ALAS, WILL NOT WORK

The abundance of original and unique models announced by Bugatti in recent years, may suggest that the brand has taken a course to meet the needs of wealthy fans of exclusive. But it is not: the firm has its own strategy.

Bugatti is not going to go on about customers, as it might seem after the premiere of the monstrously expensive Centodieci. This hypercar was created at the initiative of a team of engineers and designers of the brand, and not at the request of a particular buyer. This publication Autocar said the head of the Department of one-time projects Bugatti Pierre Rommelfanger.

According to him, the specialists of the company really often travel around the world and communicate with customers of the company, receiving direct feedback, interested in impressions and making conclusions. However, in the end, what to build, the company decides, not potential customers. Any exclusive or one-time project Bugatti somehow fits into the strategy of the company, and the reception of a specific order is almost impossible: the situation when the buyer arrives at the headquarters with a suitcase of money and begins to indicate what to build, is impossible.

It should also be borne in mind that the loyalty of the company's customers is so high that Bugatti has no problems with the implementation of single hypercar – whatever the company has built. For example, despite the fact that all Bugatti Divo already sold out, there is an alternative queue – those who are ready to buy a hypercar, if someone from the current owners refuse the order.

By the way, most likely, in the near future new unique machines from Bugatti should not wait: the company will have to deal with the volume of already accumulated sales. In 2020, will begin deliveries Divo, 2021, the company plans to transfer to the buyer the unique La Voiture Noir, and in 2022 will start assembling the last of the presents exclusives – 1600-strong Centodieci.
