The new generation of the sensational coupe Toyota Supra can already be ordered in Russia, and in the world market sales of sports car started six months ago. However, the first in recent history, "suprovod" got his car at a price of 2.1 million dollars just now.
Such a high cost "Supra", a standard instance of which in our country is estimated at 5 534 000, is simple: a sports car with a number 20201 (last five digits of VIN code), that is, the first descended from the conveyor, was sold at auction. His buyer was one of the representatives of the Toyota brand in the North American market businessman John Staluppi, the transaction took place in January, and all proceeds from the sale of Toyota, which is noteworthy, sent to charity.
Together with the sports car, which has already become a collector's value, its owner received a number of bonuses. Toyota Supra itself has got a unique design: to matte gray body Phantom Matte Gray (and this is not the shade in which the first three painted Russian "Supra"!) added red hull side mirrors and special wheels. The interior was decorated in red and black with carbon overlays. In addition, the buyer was presented with a special racing overalls and a certificate for the presence of Toyota Owners at the race in Richmond, as well as an autographed photo of the head of the company Akio Toyoda.
Sold Toyota Supra number 20201 in January, and collected only in March produced sports car on the Assembly line of the company Magna Steyr in Graz in Austria in line with the platform of BMW Z4.
